A quick guide to the process. Your invoice and signed agreement confirm the exact terms for your order.
Local event booking & payment
A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Local orders placed within 14 days of the event must be paid in full.
Design approval
You provide accurate names, dates, guest lists, table assignments, wording and event details. Please carefully review and approve your final mockup before production. Changes after approval may require an additional fee and affect completion time.
Inclusions & fulfillment
Only the products and services listed on your invoice are included. Delivery, setup, breakdown, rentals, stands, florals and accessories are included only when specifically listed. Share accurate venue and shipping information. Shipping dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays.
Cancellations & rescheduling
The 50% retainer is non-refundable. Payments covering completed design work, ordered materials, printing and other costs already incurred are also non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require additional fees.
Shipping damage & rentals
Report shipping damage with photographs within 48 hours of delivery. Rental items must be returned in the condition provided; clients are responsible for missing or damaged rental items.
